17. Sally Brown

Sally Brown is the younger sister of Charlie Brown in the comic strip Peanuts by Charles Schulz. She was first mentioned in early 1959 and throughout a long series of strips before her first appearance in August 1959.
Sally has flipped blonde hair with a cluster of curls and sometimes a bow in front, and she wears a polka dot dress, usually pink or light blue. In the winter, and most of the time in the later years of the strip, she switched to a shirt and pants. She has a "take it easy" approach to life, preferring to slide by while doing as little work as possible. Her favorite pastime is sitting in her beanbag chair watching TV. In a series of strips from 1982, Sally actually went to "beanbag camp", which consisted of nothing but lazing around in beanbags, watching TV and gorging on junk food, and returned home fat. She can be stubborn sometimes, and is usually convinced she's right until someone proves her wrong, but she also has a good heart and a strong moral sense; like her older brother she is extremely sensitive to the unfairness of life. Charlie Brown usually goes to Lucy in her psychiatric booth when he's feeling depressed, but Sally prefers to confide her troubles to the school building, which is very protective of her and will drop a brick on anyone who doesn't treat her nicely.

13. Kewpie doll

Kewpie dolls (occasionally spelled cupie) and figurines are based on comical strip-like illustrations by Rose O'Neill that appeared in Ladies' Home Journal in 1909. The small dolls were extremely popular in the early 1900s. They were first produced in Ohrdruf, a small town in Germany, then famous for its toy-manufacturers. They were made out of bisque and then celluloid. In 1949, Effanbee created the first hard plastic versions.
Their name, often shortened to "Kewpies", is derived from "cupid", the Roman god of beauty and non-platonic love. The early dolls, especially signed or bisque, are highly collectible and worth thousands of dollars. The time capsule at the 1939 New York World's Fair contained a Kewpie doll. The term "Kewpie doll" is sometimes mistakenly applied to the troll doll.

Slimer also appeared as a representative of The Real Ghostbusters in the animated anti-drug television special Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue. In the 1989 sequel Ghostbusters II, Robin Shelby performed Slimer and Ivan Reitman again voiced Slimer but most of the footage shot ended up on the cutting room floor. In the late 1990s cartoon Extreme Ghostbusters, Slimer's voice was provided by Billy West.
Slimer is a translucent green blob creature, with two skinny arms, no feet, and several chins. Slimer’s personality is one of tremendous gluttony, being referred to as a “disgusting blob”, and exists only to eat food. In his original appearance he is not named and is portrayed as an enemy of the Ghostbusters, being a typical antagonistic ghost and the first spirit whom the Ghostbusters catch. In the cartoon, he is known as Slimer, is able to speak, and demonstrates a child’s intelligence and an intense loyalty to Ray and the Ghostbusters; on one occasion he even allowed himself to be trapped in the containment unit where the Ghostbusters store the captured ghosts after he unintentionally damaged it, forcing new teammember Eduardo to enter the unit to save him from the various ghosts who would have tortured him to gain vengeance on the Ghostbusters for his role in helping their captors.
