Bella is a character from BBC and CBeebies programme The Tweenies. Her first appearance was in the 1998 pilot Tweenie Band. She was acted by Tasmin Heatley, her voice was Sally Preisig and then Emma Weaver.
Bella is blue, she wears a red bow, red t-shirt with yellow flowers, yellow wafer, she has yellow stockings and red boots with the Tweenies logo on.
Bella is the tallest Tweenie (5 2/3) and sometimes she done some things go wrong. She puts the puppet in the wrong leg and she done her fault in the episode It Wasn't Me.
