It started out as a simple hobby when, lo and behold, I realized I have just accumulated 20,000 distinct toy characters in my collection... and the number is still growing. This blog is a great space to share to others just how amazing some of these characters are especially the ones that may have been forgotten or perhaps even those deemed insignificant. Visit Percy's World of Toys as often as you can and witness how the list progresses right before your eyes. Enjoy.

1388. Diggs
Diggs is the canine protagonist of Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, replacing Lou.
He is a medium sized, affectionate, and gentle outcast German Shepherd police dog and spy dog, whose owner is a man named Shane. At the start of the film he is rebellious and his arrogance got him sent to the dog pound; which happened throughout his life.
Diggs' sidekicks and partners are Butch, Catherine, and Seamus.
Cathrine is Diggs' love interest.
Diggs is ticklish which is proven when one of Catherine's neices tickles his tummy.
The voice of Diggs is James Marsden.
Diggs gets a bit carsick when he is in the rollercoaster. He feels queasy and nearly vomits(may unease others). But after enough time, he no longer gets sick.
Diggs is an outcast police dog, who has been in-and-out of kennels. He has made mistakes while being in the San Francisco Police Department and is 'in-trainable' according to the Chief.
After accidentally blowing up a used car dealership, Diggs is off the force and is put back into a kennel. A secret agent dog named Butch comes to recruite him for the Dog Secret Agency.
Diggs then launched himself into a roller coaster with his new friend, Butch. They then went to HQ, where they found out that a new villain, Kitty Galore, was on the loose, and planned to enslave all mankind. Then they have to find a pigeon before Kitty Galore did, in order to stop her from finding a secret. When Diggs and Butch find the pigeon, a cat agent from M.E.O.W.S. named Cathrine, comes and tries to get the pigeon. It leads to an air chase where Cathrine is chasing the pigeon, and Diggs and Butch are chasing Cathrine to keep her from taking the bird. They crash in Golden Gate Park, where Butch captures Cathrine in a net.
