I've seen lots of Beanie Baby dogs, and most of them come in colors that at least come close to imitating reality. One of the most off-kilter is Diddley, a hound dog whose fur I would describe as somewhere along the scale between turquoise and blue. Whoever wrote the poem on the inside of the tag saw it a little differently:
"Whenever I go anywhere
People always stop and stare
They're not trying to be mean
They've never seen a dog that's green!"
