This dog brand new and comes with all the relevant TY Tags. As you can see from the photograph, Sugar-Pie is a red dog, who has white ears, tail, patch on the centre of its back and white pads on its feet.
However, what you cannot see is that Sugar-Pie is wearing a lovely White collar, which has Red hearts printed on it all the way round - hence why it is referred to as "Valentines Dog".
