Kevin is a character from Frank Miller's Sin City. He is a cannibalistic serial killer under the wing of Patrick Henry Roark.

Kevin came to Roark for religious counsel, having already given into his cannibalism and being wracked with guilt. Though appearing to be mute, he spoke to Roark in what he described as the 'voice of an angel'.
Roark took him in and used his considerable influence to cover up Kevin's killing, having him live on the Roark family Farm and allowing him to kill prostitutes from Old Town. Eventually Roark began sharing in his cannibalistic feedings as well. Kevin not only uses the basement of his home as a hiding place, but as a holding cell for his victims/trophy wall where he hangs the heads of his victims (the only part he doesn't eat).
What isn't finished off by Roark and Kevin is fed to the feral dog they keep as a pet.

Kevin was at the Farm, where the Roark Junior was torturing Nancy Callahan, sitting out and reading a bible, indifferent to the torture. It implies he was good friends with him, because of his loyalty to his father. However, Kevin doesn't interact when Hartigan shows up and kills Junior.

Kevin is the silent cannibalistic serial killer that killed Marv's one true love, Goldie. Marv later tracks him down to the Roark family farm, where he kills him.

Elijah Jordan Wood ; born January 28, 1981) is an American actor. Detective John Hartigan is a major protagonist in the Sin City series of graphic novels, written by Frank Miller. He is the central character in That Yellow Bastard, and has a small cameo in Just Another Saturday Night. Miller has announced he will be the main character of another story, set before That Yellow Bastard.
A veteran police detective of Basin City, Hartigan is gruff, stoic, and cynical. He is also completely selfless; he cares little about his own well-being as long as he can protect his fellow citizens. He risks his own safety and reputation to achieve safety for those he cares about, but this dedication eventually destroys his life. Hartigan possesses a seemingly indomitable will, able to withstand multiple bullet wounds without collapsing, and most notably being capable of willing himself back to life after being hanged. Hartigan has a distinctive way of narrating: he often talks to himself in his head, referring himself as "stupid old man".

Marv is a fictional character in the graphic novel series Sin City, created by Frank Miller. In the 2005 film adaptation, he is played by Mickey Rourke. He first appears in The Hard Goodbye and follows with appearances in A Dame to Kill For, Just Another Saturday Night, and Silent Night. He makes a brief cameo in Blue Eyes (as featured in Lost, Lonely, and Lethal).

Marv has been well received both as a comic book character and a film character.

Marv is an imposing, 7-foot-tall (2.1 m) man with a flattop buzzcut, a falcon-like nose and a heavily scarred face, making him unappealing to the opposite sex. He has a massive frame and is distinctly broad-shouldered, generally towering over his fellow characters. He is usually seen dressed in an overcoat, white undershirt, leather pants and combat boots.
