1421. Stripes

Stripes, born June 11, 1995, is a big cat with a big heart. His poem reads:

Stripes was never fierce nor strong
So with tigers, he didn't get along
Jungle life was hard getting by
So he came to his friends at Ty!

Stripes is lying down in his coat of gold and black waiting to be petted and loved. His big golden eyes look right at you; black thread whiskers and a pink velveteen nose finish off his face. His little round ears are just right for caressing. This big guy is a wonderful addition to any and all collections. Surface wash only. --Peggy Etra

Ty Inc. is an American plush animal company based in Westmont, Illinois. By far their most famous line of products are the Beanie Babies, but Ty also manufactures other lines of stuffed toys. The Ty logo is a red heart with the lower-case letters "ty." A tag in this shape is found affixed to all Ty stuffed toys, and inside each tag is the name of the toy and a 4 line poem about it.
