It started out as a simple hobby when, lo and behold, I realized I have just accumulated 20,000 distinct toy characters in my collection... and the number is still growing. Black Adam is a super-villain and sometimes anti-hero originally written as the evil counterpart to Captain Marvel, an ancient Egyptianprince who was given incredible powers by the wizard Shazam and survived into the modern era. His legacy would eventually expand to include the Black Marvel Family involving his wife Isis and her brotherOsiris protecting their native land of Kahndaq. He has been a member of the Justice Society, Injustice Society, Secret Society of Super-Villains, Suicide Squad and Monster Society of Evil. Black Adam was created by Otto Binder and C.C.
