It started out as a simple hobby when, lo and behold, I realized I have just accumulated 20,000 distinct toy characters in my collection... and the number is still growing. 2934. Dotty Doll
Dotty Doll is created by Mattel in 1967. She has such a wonderful smile with freckles on her cute face and wore a blue Polka Dots dress as polka dots is her favorite pattern. no wonder they call her Dotty.
