It started out as a simple hobby when, lo and behold, I realized I have just accumulated 20,000 distinct toy characters in my collection... and the number is still growing. Touche Turtle is an adventurer of small stature but brave heart with his his trusty, but small witted companion Dum Dum, Touche turtle has graced our screens since 1962. he is voiced by Bill Thompson.
