Atelier Toyoko Bear is a very sensitive bear not in a pejorative sense though but in a good way. He always gets teary eyed whenver there's heartwarming movie or TV show. He gets really teary too when his friend the apple remembers to bring him a souvenir after his trip from from out of town.
Atelier Toyoko Bear was designed by a great japanese toy designer name ( well, you guessed it)...Atelier Toyoko. He is produced by a little known toy comapny called the Shinada Company Design.
