It started out as a simple hobby when, lo and behold, I realized I have just accumulated 20,000 distinct toy characters in my collection... and the number is still growing. This blog is a great space to share to others just how amazing some of these characters are especially the ones that may have been forgotten or perhaps even those deemed insignificant. Visit Percy's World of Toys as often as you can and witness how the list progresses right before your eyes. Enjoy.

4031. Ate Roxanne Barcelo
Anne Roxanne "Roxie" Jordan Barcelo (born January 20, 1985 in Fairfax, Virginia, United States) is a Filipino-American actress, model and singer.
In 2006, she became one of the 14 housemates of ABS-CBN's Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition. Before entering the Big Brother House she is a finalist on ABC's Hollywood Dream.
She attended high school at the School of the Holy Spirit in Quezon City and recently graduated college from Miriam College also in Quezon City. Caused her to exit Big Brother's house.
Roxanne spent her childhood in the United States. She was only eight years old when she joined and won "Best of the Best", a singing contest in the United States. Her broadcasting talent was again put to the test when she became a member of ESPN Kids. Already a professional child model, Roxanne did TV commercials for the Smithsonian Museum's 150th anniversary, 4th of July, GAP and JC Penney.
Upon arriving in the Philippines when she was 13, she was one of the contestants in GMA's Metropop Search. Aside from that in 1999, Roxie became a mainstay in the GMA's then top-rated youth oriented show, Click, she learned so much in her 2½ years in the show. Roxie also made waves in the TV drama series Kahit Kailan and Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga (I Hope It's You). She was also a regular on S.O.P. and guest-starred in several GMA shows. Her song "Kung Alam Mo Lang" ("If You Only Knew"), the Filipino version of the famous Korean love song "Because I'm a Girl" by Kiss, topped the Philippine music charts. She also has an album entitled "Roxie".
She recently starred in a contemporary full length film, Mudraks, which was screened for competition in 2006's Cinemalaya Film Festival. Roxanne played the daughter of the lead actress, Rio Locsin. The movie is about a dysfunctional family who never talk to each other.
In 2008, Roxanne decided to return back to GMA Network, her home channel, whose rival station is ABS-CBN, to do a kiddy program as one of the main host; she called in the programme Ate Anne in the show called Batang Bibo . But in early 2009 she was casted to the most awaited fantasy series starring Marian Rivera in Darna. After Darna Roxanne appeared on First Time together with Joross Gamboa and Michelle Madrigal who were also a former ABS-CBN member. In 2010, Barcelo returned to hosting a children's show via "Art Angel" on GMA 7 with original host Tonypet Gaba replacing former hosts Pia Archangel & Krystal Reyes.
